"Before setting out our reasons for doing so, we should note that, although our home is classical, even clinical, in appearance, we are aware that the plans were complicated and the project was anything but straightforward.

"Mr Craig spent long periods with the architects during the contract to ensure that he fully appreciated the complexities of the design. One of the things that impressed us particularly during the course of construction was Mr Craig's ability to find a practical solution to an intricate design which none-the-less achieved the intended result.
